Cancellation Policy

It is our pleasure to be able to offer the opportunity to stay with us to as many people as possible, therefore there are no charges for cancellations which are given with at least two weeks notice. A $200 cancellation fee may be charged if between one and two weeks notice are given and the full fee may apply if less than one weeks notice is given.

Departure Notice

Extra expenses can be incurred if the unit is not left clean & tidy upon departure.
